Some days we cannot get you on the schedule right away. Routing is everything for a mobile van, and once in a while the van or the generator needs maintenance and the day has to shift. We do our best, and we appreciate your patience when something slips through the cracks.
Owasso and Collinsville are the exception. We only travel to those areas when we can book at least 5 to 6 dogs in the same day, so please keep that in mind when you reach out.
